If I am given less than 48 hours notice that you need to cancel/reschedule I do charge a cancellation fee. I have a waiting list and since most of my appointments are 4-6 hours each, it is nearly impossible to fill that spot on such short notice.
Deposit invoices go out every Wednesday, the week before your scheduled appointment. If the deposit is not paid by Saturday of that week and I can not get in touch with you, your appointment will be canceled.
ALL NO CALL/ NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THEIR SCHEDULED SERVICE(S).
I do not respond to inquiries outside of business hours or on holidays/vacations. If you message me during that time, I will not respond until the next business day when I return.
To book an appointment you must book directly through me. Most of what I do is not a one size fits all approach and I will know how much time is needed to book out for your appointment after a consultation. This eliminates confusion with online booking and scheduling errors. A card on file and a nonrefundable deposit must be paid to secure your appointment.
For my safety and yours, children are not permitted in the salon unless they are receiving a service. I love your littles, but I just don’t have the space and it is too risky with hot tools and chemicals. I appreciate your understanding.
I will only guarantee my work if you follow the at home care guide provided after your service and use the recommended products. Please review the at home care guides below for extensions and color treated hair.
Please park on the side and entry is through the side door as well. Text me when you arrive and I will let you know when I am ready for you! Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointments unless they are also on the schedule or an existing client. I am so excited to share my new space with you all!
